Applying for a Working with Children Card
How to apply
You need to obtain form from workingwithchildren.vic.gov.au
The completed form must be submitted at a post office.
Filling in the form
Use code 10 (overnight camps for children) and code 42 (child related work) on the application form.
Do not use the BPP postal address or the scout hall address on the form.
The correct address to insert is:

Already have a WWC Card?
If you already have a WWC, you will need to add Scouts Australia (Victoria) as a reporting entity.
You can do this by going to:
online.justice.vic.gov.au/wwccu/
You can also update your contact details by ringing the WWC Check Information Line on 1300 652 879 (8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday) or print out and complete the Change of Personal Details Form and return it by mail to the WWC Check Unit.
